With lack of transparency, poor communication skills and water issues from Unites over the week, we, as RNCM residents of Sir Charles Groves Halls demand a refund of a week's rent.
Reason for a full refund:
No water from 27 September until 1 Oct
Lack of transparency i) Unites claimed to have updates on texts, and emails but no updates were received by most of the students ii) Food vouchers and hotel rooms not publicised to all. iii) Shower rooms not being informed or communicated to all. (It was only informed through senior residents
Bottled water is not sufficient to cover all expenses
Zero protection and awareness from Covid-19
Fees for Renting out
